There’s a difference between osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. In osteoarthritis, the pain worsens with movement and in rheumatoid arthritis, pain eases with movement.

Arthritis shows the same effect on sleep as stress and anxiety do. Arthritis makes sleeping uncomfortable causing pain in joints. So, eventually, you end up with sleeplessness and it leads to sleep deprivation. When you go through the sleep deprivation phase, the inflammation increases and you end up with more pain and anxiety.

Having a painful big toe can be a sign of Arthritis. yes, it is a big toe is common is gout type arthritis. If this big toe is not treated on time, it can pass to other body parts too.
